Enable API access for your Openprovider Account

You will need to enable API access in order to be able to add your Openprovider Account to ctrlDNS.

1. Log in to your Openprovider account in their Control Panel

2. In the Sidebar, expand the “Account“ section

3. Click on “Account Overview“

4. Scroll down to the “Contact persons” section

5. Find and click on the Contact person you want to use to link you account to ctrlDNS

6. On the “Contact person data” page, click the Edit button

7. Scroll down to the “API access” section

8. Check the “Enabled” box

9. Optionally add our IP addresses to the whitelist, refer to IP addresses for whitelisting

10. Scroll down and click “Update contact”

API access is now enabled and you can continue adding you Openprovider account to ctrlDNS.
